Website Design Agency + AI Website Ops

A leaner website operating system for businesses tired of agency drag.

Apex Blue designs, builds, and launches modern websites for businesses that want faster execution, clearer messaging, and a simpler way to keep the site moving after launch.

This work is led by Matt, who started as an event promoter in the late 1990s and got fed up with slow website changes, fluctuating pricing, and having to rely on someone else for every small update. That frustration turned into a leaner, faster way of building.

You are not buying AI hype for the sake of it. You are buying direct access, human review, cleaner operations, and a website your team can keep improving without reopening a bloated project every time.

Built for businesses tired of slow agency turnaround and layered markups.

Human-reviewed AI workflows that speed up updates without cutting corners.

A website operating model your team can keep using after launch.

Founder Story

Built by someone who got tired of waiting on agencies

I started in the late 1990s as a DJ, producer, and event promoter. Like a lot of business owners, I needed a website and hired a designer.

The frustration showed up immediately: slow turnarounds, fluctuating pricing, and having to depend on someone else for every small change. So I taught myself how to build.

Then I learned marketing because a website without attention, leads, and revenue is just decoration. Apex Blue grew out of that same frustration with bloated process, vague billing, and unnecessary layers.

AI is the newest tool in the system, not the entire story. The mission is older than that: cut waste, move faster, keep human review in place, and give businesses more control over their own growth.

When your business changes, your website should move with it

Restaurants need menus and specials changed fast. Home service companies need fresh offers and service-area pages. Interior designers need project galleries and location pages updated. Law firms need new practice pages live. Medical groups need provider and location updates. Ecommerce brands need product, collection, and landing-page changes without a backlog. This model turns all of that into fast, controlled website updates instead of expensive delays.

Proof of Process

How the workflow actually works after launch

This is where the offer becomes real. The system is built so requests move quickly, but review and business judgment stay in place.

01

Request

Your team asks for a new page, update, offer, fix, or campaign asset in plain language.

02

Draft

AI accelerates the first draft so content, layout, code, and page updates do not stall for days.

03

Review

Matt reviews the work, tightens the message, and checks logic, quality, and brand fit before anything ships.

04

Deploy

Approved changes move through a dependable build and deployment process instead of a vague revision queue.

05

Improve

What launches becomes the baseline for the next round of testing, iteration, and conversion improvement.

Website design agency FAQ

What is included in the 30-day build?

You get a full website build or migration, messaging and page-structure improvements, launch support, and team training so your business can request and ship updates faster.

Do we need a technical team to use this?

No. We design the process for business owners and operators who want faster execution without having to manage every technical detail themselves.

Who reviews changes before they go live?

This is not an unsupervised autopilot. The workflow is built around human review so important changes are checked for messaging, quality, and business fit before they go live.

How is this different from a classic web design agency?

You work directly with the person doing strategy and implementation. That removes layered communication, vague revision cycles, and a lot of the overhead that makes simple work slow and expensive.

What can we change once this is live?

Menus, service pages, location pages, offers, forms, galleries, pricing, FAQs, and core website messaging can all be updated much more quickly through the new workflow.

Is this about replacing people with AI?

No. The point is to replace wasted motion, slow handoffs, and unnecessary overhead. AI speeds up the work, but people still guide the message, review the output, and stay in control.

How fast can we launch?

Most Foundation projects launch in 30 days. Growth builds usually run 30-45 days depending on integrations and automation scope.
