What does roofing marketing management cost?+
Your management fee is based on your business stage, service area, roofing services, and the work you need us to own. Ad spend is separate. We agree on the scope, fee, and starting budget before work begins, then expand when the results and your capacity support it.
Can you work with my existing website and Google Ads account?+
Yes. We start by reviewing what you already have: your website, advertising, tracking, and lead follow-up. If those foundations can support the plan, we build on them. You get a clear explanation of any changes we recommend and why they matter.
Do you market commercial, metal, and stone-coated steel roofing?+
Yes. The plan can target residential replacements, commercial reroofs and repairs, metal roofing, or stone-coated steel. We separate the audiences, search intent, and qualification questions so the work you advertise matches the work you want to sell.
Will I own my advertising account and the leads it generates?+
Yes. Campaigns run for your roofing business in accounts you own. Inquiries go to your business; Apex Blue does not sell the same inquiry to a list of competing roofers. We agree on the service area and check for client conflicts before accepting an engagement.
How will we know whether the marketing is paying off?+
We track confirmed inquiries and meaningful calls, then connect them to booked inspections, estimates, and sold work using the sales information available from your team or CRM. Return on ad spend compares attributed revenue with ad spend. We also look at management costs and job margins when deciding whether growth makes business sense.
Can you work with roofing companies anywhere in the country?+
We bring local and national marketing experience and consider roofing companies across the United States, outside Indiana. Indiana is reserved for an existing roofing partnership. Matt has room for just 1–2 new roofing clients, and every engagement starts with a market and fit review.
