These terms govern use of the Apex Blue website, contact channels, and public information. Separate client proposals, statements of work, or service agreements control paid work when they apply.
Website use
Site content is provided for general business information. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee a specific result, or replace professional legal, financial, tax, security, or compliance advice tailored to your business.
Service conversations
When you submit a form, email, call, or text Apex Blue, you authorize Apex Blue to respond using the contact information you provide. We may use human review and AI-supported workflows to route the request, prepare notes, draft responses, and evaluate whether an audit, implementation, or operating desk is a fit.
SMS messaging terms
By texting Apex Blue or requesting that Apex Blue contact you by text, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from Apex Blue about your inquiry, audit request, service options, scheduling, follow-up, and related business communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Social displays
Use Apex Blue Social Displays only for businesses and content you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for permission to display the text, images, and other content you select. Configuring a feed and installing its display authorizes Apex Blue to retrieve and store the selected content and make visible posts available to visitors through that display.
Refreshes occur when requested by an authorized workspace user. Access depends on the source platform and may be incomplete or unavailable; a display is not guaranteed to include every post or the latest change. Review your saved posts and request removal of content that should no longer appear. Use of Facebook, Instagram, and other linked services is also subject to their applicable terms.
No guarantee of outcomes
Apex Blue works to improve revenue systems, buyer clarity, search visibility, automation, and reporting, but no website, AI system, advertising campaign, search strategy, or sales process can guarantee leads, rankings, approvals, revenue, or profit.
