Use Of Apex Blue Services

Apex Blue provides AI agency, AI development, AI marketing, workflow automation, website, analytics, and growth operations services. Information on this website is provided for general business and educational purposes and does not create a client relationship by itself.

Project scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, payment terms, intellectual property rights, and confidentiality obligations may be governed by a separate written agreement between Apex Blue and the client.

Apex Blue AI Agency SMS Terms

Apex Blue AI Agency SMS is a conversational messaging program for people who contact Apex Blue about project onboarding, AI agency services, customer support, audits, website or automation work, and related follow-up.

When you opt in, you may receive messages that ask for your name, company, email, address or service area, project goals, support details, scheduling context, and next steps from Apex Blue or the Apex Blue AI C-Suite.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and project activity. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out, reply STOP at any time. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Apex Blue may refuse, limit, or end service when a request is outside our AI agency scope or creates legal, security, carrier compliance, or operational risk.

Apex Blue systems may decline out-of-scope SMS requests with a short response explaining that Apex Blue is an AI agency and the request is outside our scope of work.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Apex Blue is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of this website, contact channels, SMS program, or services.
