Privacy Policy
Last updated August 11, 2026.
Apex Blue uses contact information to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, deliver services, improve the website, and keep practical records for buyer conversations and client work.
Information we collect
We may collect information you submit through forms, email, calls, text messages, meeting notes, sales training portals, and service intake. This can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, message content, project details, and the context needed to respond.
Website measurement data
If you allow optional measurement cookies, Apex Blue may use Google and Microsoft services, including Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, Microsoft Advertising, and Microsoft Clarity. These services may collect pages visited, device and browser details, approximate location, referral and campaign source, interaction events, heatmaps, or session-level interaction replays. We use this information to understand demand, improve navigation, diagnose problems, and measure marketing response.
Optional measurement tools do not load until you allow them. Advertising personalization and ad user data stay denied through the site consent settings, and essential site features work without optional measurement. Your choice expires after 180 days so you can review it again.
SMS and mobile data
If you text Apex Blue, we use your mobile number, message content, opt-in status, and related delivery metadata to respond to your request, route the conversation, provide help, and honor opt-out choices. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Your mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help operate the messaging, hosting, analytics, email, CRM, or security systems, but only for Apex Blue business purposes.
How we use information
We use information to answer questions, scope audits and implementation work, operate AI marketing and automation services, improve buyer experience, protect against misuse, comply with platform requirements, and maintain records related to communications and service delivery.
Meeting Analysis data
When an authorized company customer uses Apex Blue Meeting Analysis, we may collect eligible native transcript files and related meeting metadata from connected Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams accounts. We use that information to identify organization-level workflow friction and practical opportunities for supervised AI agents. Meeting Analysis does not score or rank employees, infer emotions, or support personnel decisions.
Provider credentials, transcript content, per-meeting findings, queued event data, and reports are encrypted before database storage. Known speaker identities are replaced with neutral labels before transcript text is sent to the OpenAI API. Raw transcript content is retained through the selected observation period and no longer than 30 days after the completed report unless the customer deletes it sooner. Customers can disconnect a provider or delete the entire workspace from the private Meeting Analysis controls. Read the Meeting Analysis privacy and consent notice for the complete product-specific terms.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete contact information when retention is no longer needed for a legitimate business, legal, compliance, or security purpose. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can review or change your measurement choice from the “Measurement choices” link in the site footer.
