SourceLock refunds account for work already consumed.

SourceLock performs usage-bearing work when it crawls pages, processes pasted copy, sends content to AI models, stores scan results, creates claim records, and generates Truth Repository exports.

Consumed scan credits, AI usage, crawler usage, third-party API costs, and completed scan jobs are non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund. Setup work may also be non-refundable once account configuration, integrations, onboarding, source setup, or initial governance work has begun.

If a billing error occurs, contact Apex Blue promptly so the account, Stripe events, usage ledger, and subscription status can be reviewed. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
