SourceLock refunds account for work already consumed.

SourceLock performs billable work when it reviews pages or pasted copy, completes automated analysis, stores review results, creates claim records, and prepares Truth Repository exports.

Completed scans, reviewed pages, automated analysis, and third-party processing costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund. Setup work may also be non-refundable once configuration, integrations, onboarding, source setup, or initial governance work has begun.

If a billing error occurs, contact Apex Blue promptly so the account, payment, service-use, and subscription records can be reviewed. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
