Apex Blue SourceLock Terms

SourceLock helps teams scan public content, review marketing claims, and maintain a source-backed Truth Repository. Juris is Apex Blue's AI Compliance Officer for marketing claims and brand truth. Juris is not a lawyer, does not provide legal advice, does not replace counsel, and does not guarantee regulatory compliance.

Account activation

New accounts remain pending until a plan is paid or Apex Blue provides written activation. Pending accounts may sign in and manage billing, but scanning, claim review, exports, and sharing require an active workspace.

Acceptable use

SourceLock is for reviewing public-facing business copy, websites, ads, testimonials, service descriptions, and AI-generated content. Do not submit secrets, private credentials, regulated personal data, confidential legal strategy, medical records, payment data, or content you do not have authority to process.

Claim review

Approved and edited claims become Truth Repository items. Declined claims become prohibited truth rules. Users remain responsible for final publication decisions, source quality, context, and review by qualified counsel where appropriate.

Usage and costs

Plan usage is based on completed scans, pages reviewed, and related automated or third-party processing. SourceLock asks for confirmation before unusually large scans. When an account reaches its allowance, new work may pause until capacity resets or the account adds approved capacity.

Billing

Plans include a setup price and recurring monthly monitoring. Stripe manages payment collection, subscription status, invoices, and secure billing-portal access.

No legal advice

SourceLock is a claim governance and source discipline tool. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, provide legal opinions, determine legal compliance, or replace qualified professional review.
