A specific responsibility
This audition does not ask AI to “help with marketing.” It shows one defined administrative responsibility: following up after a consultation when an engagement agreement remains unsigned.
Agent Audition for law firms
Paste your website. Agent Audition prepares a private, fictional unsigned-engagement follow-up in your firm's public language—then lets you test the handoff in your own inbox.
One responsibility. One visible outcome.
This is not legal advice, a replacement for conflict review, or an autonomous intake system. It is a controlled demonstration of administrative follow-up.
Private Agent Audition
Begin with public information
Enter your law firm website. We will prepare one private, fictional unsigned-engagement rehearsal using public firm language.
The job being auditioned
Your firm already paid for the click, answered the inquiry, and completed the consultation. Agent Audition shows what consistent, firm-approved follow-up could look like after the engagement agreement goes quiet.
01
This audition does not ask AI to “help with marketing.” It shows one defined administrative responsibility: following up after a consultation when an engagement agreement remains unsigned.
02
The live service uses language, links, timing, and stop rules approved by the firm. Questions requiring legal judgment are returned to the responsible attorney or staff member.
03
Follow-up stops when the prospective client signs, responds, declines, opts out, or needs a person. The point is a clean outcome and an accountable handoff.
The owner receipt
The useful output is not more generated language. It is a clear decision and a record the firm can review.
Professional boundaries
The free audition uses public website information and a fictional prospective client. The paid responsibility starts only after the firm approves its language, sender, timing, links, and stop rules.
The agent does not evaluate a matter, interpret law, monitor deadlines, quote fees, clear conflicts, or decide whether representation should begin.
Do not submit client names, facts, files, deadlines, legal questions, or privileged information. The public audition does not need them.
A question requiring legal or business judgment is returned to the responsible attorney or staff member.
A reply, decline, opt-out, signature signal, or staff intervention stops the approved follow-up path.
Straightforward activation
3-month initial engagement. One firm and one unsigned-engagement follow-up path. It continues monthly until canceled.
Included with activation
The private audition comes first. Secure recurring checkout is offered only after your owner email is confirmed.
Built from law-firm lead experience
Apex Blue's founder spent more than a decade managing paid search and lead generation for law firms across the United States, including work inside a Fortune 500 legal-marketing operation. Agent Audition is built around the part owners care about: whether a valuable inquiry receives a disciplined next step.
Questions from firm owners
Review the scope and boundaries now. The firm should understand exactly what it is authorizing before any real follow-up begins.
No. A chatbot waits for someone to ask a question. Agent Audition demonstrates a defined administrative responsibility with a start, approved actions, stop rules, and a handoff to the firm when human judgment is needed.
No. It reads public pages from the website you provide and creates a clearly labeled fictional prospective-client scenario. Do not submit client names, case facts, deadlines, documents, legal questions, or other confidential information.
No. The only test message is sent to the email address you enter for yourself. Nothing is sent to a prospective client, former client, or website visitor during the audition.
No. The audition is limited to administrative follow-up. Legal questions, deadlines, conflicts, matter acceptance, fee decisions, and professional judgment remain with the firm.
It includes activation of one standardized unsigned-engagement follow-up path for one firm, approved message setup, administrative routing, monitoring, and practical adjustments. The initial engagement is 90 days. Custom integrations or additional responsibilities are scoped separately.
Not for the standard service. The first version is designed to work with a simple, approval-led handoff and the links your firm already uses. If a direct connection would create meaningful value, it can be considered separately.
No. Consistent follow-up can help a firm handle opportunities more reliably, but results depend on the prospective client, the matter, the firm’s process, market conditions, and other factors outside Apex Blue’s control.
