An AI employee is a managed AI agent configured for a defined business role, a goal, approved data sources, and a work schedule. Apex Blue handles setup, hosting, monitoring, support, and ongoing improvements. It is software supported by our team; it is not a human employee.
What does the setup fee cover?
The $2,500 setup estimate covers working with your team to define the role and success measures, reviewing your systems, arranging approved access and dedicated branded accounts where needed, configuring the persona and workflows, and testing the agreed scope before activation. Complex integrations or additional requirements are scoped with you before you commit.
Can it work with the tools my business already uses?
Start by selecting your tools in the employee builder. We review the permissions, connection options, and data needed for your goal during setup. Selecting a source expresses what you use; it does not connect your account or guarantee that every feature of that platform can be automated.
What do the working hours mean?
Your schedule sets the planned daily and weekly capacity for your AI employee. It is not a purchase of human labor hours or a guarantee of uninterrupted processing. Tasks, approvals, source availability, and system limits affect how work runs. We confirm a practical schedule and scope with you before activation.
Who controls what my AI employee can do?
You and Apex Blue agree on access, permitted actions, review points, and escalation rules during setup. Spending, publishing, customer communication, and sensitive changes stay subject to the approval boundaries you authorize. Your AI employee should have the access it needs for its role and a clear route back to a responsible person.
Will I be charged when I submit my request?
No. You will see an estimate before submitting, then your request moves to Under Review. Apex Blue reviews your goal, sources, and schedule with you and confirms the scope and pricing before activation. The builder does not take a payment.
