A clear upgrade to existing marketing

Not “send postcards and hope.”

Direct mail becomes much more useful when it shares an offer, market, response path, and measurement record with your SEO, advertising, website, local presence, and sales process.

Search demand

Shape your offer and response page around the services buyers are already searching for.

Local visibility

Identify neighborhoods where valuable demand may extend beyond the areas where your business is already highly visible.

Customer and CRM patterns

Use eligible first-party records to find reactivation, cross-sell, or market patterns without exposing customer data.

Paid-search learning

Apply the geographic and search-term lessons from your approved Google Ads activity without forcing more ad spend.

Proof and reputation

Build your mailpiece around approved reviews, completed work, service facts, and claims your business can support.

Sales capacity

Keep the audience, offer, and timing within the number of responses your team can actually handle.

From intelligence to mailbox

One direct-mail campaign built around your business.

You make five clear decisions. Apex Blue handles the intelligence, production, mailing, and measurement behind them.

01

Find the market worth mailing

We review your search demand, local visibility, customer patterns, territory, competition, and capacity to recommend one market and one offer.

02

Choose the right audience method

Your campaign can use a properly sourced addressed audience when precision matters or selected USPS carrier routes when neighborhood coverage makes more sense.

03

Build one response-focused mailpiece

We create the message, offer, design, proof, QR code, short link, landing path, and response plan as one connected campaign.

04

Approve, print, and mail

You approve the exact audience method, quantity, creative, production allowance, postage, and drop date before anything is released.

05

Read the business response

Your 21-day readout separates scans, calls, forms, qualified opportunities, sold work, and recorded revenue so your next decision has evidence.

Intelligent Mail Pilot

Test intelligent direct mail without a long-term commitment.

Built to strengthen the SEO, advertising, website, and local marketing your business already has. The pilot keeps your audience and production controlled, then uses the response to decide whether a larger drop makes sense.

Choose one delivery model

Up to 500 addressed postcards

For an eligible first-party or properly sourced audience when household- or business-level precision matters.

Or up to 1,000 carrier-route homes

For a USPS Every Door Direct Mail test where route-level neighborhood coverage fits the offer.

Already go-to-market ready?

Skip the small pilot. Enter the market at scale.

For companies with a proven offer, clear audience, fulfillment capacity, approved proof, and a responsive sales operation, Apex Blue can begin with a minimum 20,000-piece white-glove campaign.

Every program is scoped around the market, data method, mail format, production schedule, response infrastructure, and number of creative versions required. The investments below are starting points for standard domestic production.

20,000 pieces

Market Launch

$50,000+

One proven offer activated across a priority market with managed audience strategy, creative, production, postage, response infrastructure, and launch oversight.

50,000 pieces

Regional Expansion

$100,000+

A larger market rollout with audience segmentation, controlled creative versions, coordinated response paths, sales handoff planning, and market-level reporting.

100,000+ pieces

Portfolio Rollout

$175,000+

A phased multi-market program with executive planning, production governance, response routing, attribution, and decision-ready performance reporting.

White-glove means Apex Blue owns the campaign machinery.

Strategy, audience planning, creative direction, production management, postage coordination, response paths, attribution, sales handoff, and executive reporting move as one managed program. You retain approval of the audience, claims, creative, budget, and release schedule.

Plan a 20,000+ Campaign

Specialty data, premium formats, complex personalization, expedited production, additional languages, and paid-media spend are quoted separately. Final quantity and investment are confirmed before production.

Attribution without theater

A scan is not a sale. A lead is not revenue.

Your campaign record keeps attention, response, pipeline, and collected value distinct so a promising signal never gets promoted into a financial claim.

01

Mail delivery

Quantity released, production cost, postage, drop date, and delivery status.

02

Response

QR scans, short-link visits, calls, forms, offer codes, and attributable conversations.

03

Qualified pipeline

Eligible opportunities and booked appointments accepted by your sales process.

04

Business outcome

Sold work, invoiced value, and collected revenue only when your connected source supports it.

Clear before the first drop

Know exactly what the pilot is.

Is this direct mail or another marketing dashboard?

It is a managed direct-mail campaign. Apex Blue uses the intelligence and campaign-control infrastructure behind the scenes. You receive a clear recommendation, an exact mailpiece to approve, a managed campaign, and a plain results readout.

What is the difference between addressed mail and Every Door Direct Mail?

Addressed mail is sent to a properly sourced household or business list and is better when the audience must be precise. Every Door Direct Mail reaches every eligible address on selected USPS carrier routes and is often useful for neighborhood-based local services. Apex Blue recommends the method that fits the offer and available evidence.

Can this work with the SEO and Google Ads we already run?

Yes. That is the ideal use. Your search demand, local visibility, paid-search learning, landing pages, conversion tracking, and direct-mail response can inform one another. Media spend and ad-account changes are never included unless the written scope says so and you approve them.

Are printing and postage included in the $5,000 pilot?

Yes, within the stated pilot quantity and standard production specifications. Premium stocks, unusual formats, purchased specialty data, expedited production, additional mailpieces, and additional drops require separate written approval.

How do you measure a postcard?

The mailpiece receives a campaign-specific QR code and short link. When appropriate, it can also use a dedicated call path or offer code. Apex Blue reports scans and inquiries separately from qualified opportunities, sold work, and recorded revenue.

Does Apex Blue guarantee a response or revenue?

No. Offer strength, audience quality, timing, competition, sales response, and market conditions all affect performance. The pilot is designed to create a disciplined, affordable test with clean evidence—not a manufactured promise.
