APEX BLUE / INTELLIGENT DIRECT MAIL
Put your best offer in the right neighborhoods. We connect local intelligence, beautifully branded mail, and trackable response into one managed growth program.
Your brand. A real preview. No card required.

BETTER REASONS TO SEND
Every mailing starts with a practical question: where does your offer deserve attention now?
Your approved ad-account results reveal which services and areas have generated worthwhile inquiries. We use qualified leads and customer value where available.
Recent weather, seasonal needs, and your booking calendar help shape relevant offers. A weather event is context, never a claim that a particular home is damaged.
ZIP-level context and available neighborhood data narrow the market. Verified USPS carrier routes determine the actual mailing footprint and eligible address count.
Your website, approved logo, project photos, and authentic reviews guide a custom mailer. One clear offer gives the recipient an easy next step.
A branded, scan-friendly QR and a short link connect the postcard to your website. Campaign-specific tracking lets you compare route groups and creative versions.
Use visits, inquiries, qualified opportunities, and recorded sales to decide what earns another drop. Your team’s capacity stays part of every recommendation.
Recommendations use the sources available and approved for your business. EDDM reaches eligible addresses across selected carrier routes. Individual household intent is not inferred from browsing or weather.
FROM FIRST LOOK TO FRONT DOOR
You approve the brand, offer, routes, and budget. Apex Blue coordinates the creative, production, USPS delivery, and response measurement.
Start with your website. Add your best photos and real customer proof. Explore a two-sided concept before a sales commitment.
We review the available signals, select eligible USPS routes, and set one offer and a campaign size your team can handle.
Your final artwork, response link, route counts, and itemized budget are approved before production and postal handoff.
Track visits and inquiries, reconcile customer outcomes, and use the review to guide a stronger next drop.
A POSTCARD WITH A NEXT CHAPTER
A distinctive QR treatment belongs inside the design. A clear scan area keeps it useful. Your destination can change while the printed code stays in circulation.
Give each approved campaign or route group a dedicated response link. Then see which activity turns into a conversation, an opportunity, and recorded business.
Build my first previewApproved quantity, print and postage, production progress, and documented postal handoff.
QR and short-link visits, with the campaign and destination they belong to. Visits can include repeats and automated traffic.
Calls, forms, and booked work when the relevant response and CRM sources are connected.
Sold work and revenue where your records support them, separate from estimated or advertising-attributed value.
A SERIOUS NEW GROWTH CHANNEL
Get your first mailing right, then turn the learning into an ongoing neighborhood program. Your proposal makes every cost and commitment clear. This is a focused managed service, with onboarding scheduled around each campaign.
One offer. One local market. A complete first campaign with a 21-day response review.
Ongoing intelligence, creative planning, route decisions, and response reporting for your next mailing.
Management, printing, and postage appear separately in your written proposal. Pilot quantity depends on whole USPS routes and the agreed production allowance. Premium formats, rush production, and added drops are quoted separately.
READY FOR A LARGER FOOTPRINT?
For a proven offer and a team ready to handle demand, we scope larger USPS programs with managed creative, production, response paths, and market reporting.
Starting program investments; final whole-route quantities, production, postage, and schedule are quoted before approval. Large programs use the appropriate USPS business-mail entry process.
GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.
Yes. Your private campaign workspace lets you reuse a design, update the offer, choose ZIP codes, and request a larger quantity. When your mailing rates are available, you can see a planning estimate before creating the next proof. Each mailing has its own final route count, proposal, payment, and approval. Apex Blue confirms the production plan before printing and USPS delivery.
Yes. Start with your website, then shape a two-sided concept with your logo, photos, offer, and approved customer reviews. Save it to request a proposal. No card is required to create the preview. The final artwork, postal layout, routes, and budget are confirmed before production.
Our launch uses USPS Every Door Direct Mail. We select eligible carrier routes inside your service area. Mail reaches the eligible addresses on those routes; it does not select individual homeowners by income, property condition, or online behavior. A print provider produces the mailpieces, and USPS handles postal delivery.
Apex Blue evaluates the available evidence: approved ad-account results, local weather, neighborhood characteristics, customer patterns, and your service capacity. We use that evidence to recommend the ZIP codes, carrier routes, message, timing, and size of your next drop. Weather and neighborhood signals provide context; they do not establish damage or buying intent at a particular home.
The $5,000 pilot includes an agreed allowance for standard printing and USPS postage. Whole-route counts determine the final quantity, up to 1,000 eligible addresses within that allowance. Ongoing management starts at $3,500 per month, with print and postage quoted for each drop. Your proposal confirms management, production, and postage before you accept.
Yes. An ad account is one optional source of learning. We can begin with your service area, offer, approved business proof, neighborhood information, current weather context, and ability to handle new inquiries.
You can upload your own assets and supply authentic reviews with their source links. Where an approved business connection is available, Apex Blue can review current business-profile content. You approve the exact photos, review excerpts, and claims used in the final mailer. Reviews are never invented.
Reporting separates mailed quantity, QR and short-link visits, inquiries, qualified opportunities, and recorded sales. Calls and sales require the corresponding tracking or CRM connection. A visit is not a lead, and a mailing is not proof that it caused a sale. No response or revenue level is guaranteed.
Apex Blue prepares a proposal with your monthly management scope and separately stated production and postage costs. Each mailing has its own approved creative, route plan, schedule, and budget.
