Disconnect a meeting platform

Disconnecting removes the stored provider credential and stops new transcript collection. Existing meeting records and completed reports remain until their scheduled deletion or until you delete the workspace.

You can also revoke Apex Blue from the connected provider's app administration screen. Microsoft Teams customers should remove the Entra enterprise application consent or application access policy if they want to revoke tenant authorization completely.
