Apex Blue Meeting Analysis Service Terms

These product terms supplement the Apex Blue Terms & Conditions and apply specifically to a Meeting Analysis purchase.

The service you are purchasing

Apex Blue Meeting Analysis is a one-time strategic analysis, not a subscription. The service imports eligible native meeting transcripts from supported company accounts during the purchased observation period and uses them to create an organization-level AI opportunity report in a private workspace.

Each purchase includes one customer-requested interim report while the observation period is active and one final report after the post-period transcript-processing window. A report that does not complete may be retried, while a duplicate request for work already pending does not create an additional report.

The reports are designed to identify recurring operating friction, manual work, handoff gaps, missing information, useful human approval points, and potential supervised AI-agent opportunities. Custom AI-agent strategy, design, integrations, implementation, training, and support are separate services that require a separate written scope and price.

Plans, capacity, and activation

The 30-Day Signal Study includes up to 8 eligible meetings. The 60-Day Operating Intelligence engagement includes up to 30 eligible meetings. The 90-Day Enterprise Opportunity Map includes up to 120 eligible meetings. Prices shown at checkout are one-time fees in U.S. dollars unless Stripe displays another approved payment arrangement.

An eligible meeting is one distinct completed native transcript imported from a connected provider. A meeting without a native transcript does not count. Duplicate deliveries of the same provider transcript count once. The observation period begins when successful payment is fulfilled and the private workspace is activated. A delayed or incomplete payment does not activate the service.

Provider requirements and coverage

Meeting Analysis depends on the transcript features and permissions available in the customer’s Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams account. The customer is responsible for maintaining an eligible provider plan, enabling native transcription where needed, connecting an authorized organizer or administrator account, and completing provider-specific administrative setup.

Apex Blue cannot guarantee that every meeting will produce an available transcript or that a provider-supplied transcript will be complete or perfectly attributed. Meetings that occur before a connection is active, after it is disconnected, without native transcription, or outside the purchased observation period may not be included.

Authority, notice, and acceptable use

The purchaser represents that they are authorized to buy the service, connect the company’s meeting accounts, and allow Apex Blue to process the submitted meeting records. The customer is responsible for participant notice and consent required by applicable law, contracts, collective-bargaining obligations, company policy, and the connected platform.

Do not use Meeting Analysis for covert surveillance, employee scoring, emotion recognition, personnel decisions, unlawful discrimination, or processing meeting records the customer does not have authority to provide. Apex Blue may pause collection or workspace access when authority, payment, security, or acceptable use is reasonably in question.

Analysis boundaries

Meeting Analysis uses automated systems and may reflect errors or gaps in source transcripts. Its findings are strategic recommendations for organizational processes. They are not legal, employment, accounting, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice, and they do not replace qualified professional review or the customer’s own judgment.

Apex Blue does not guarantee a particular savings amount, productivity gain, business outcome, or suitability of a proposed AI agent. The customer remains responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any report recommendation.

Payment, refunds, and access

Stripe processes payment information and may offer payment methods based on the purchaser’s location and Stripe settings. Apex Blue does not store full payment-card details. Refund requests are governed by the Meeting Analysis Refund Policy.

Access is personal to the authorized customer organization and is delivered through secure email links. The customer must protect access to the owner email account and promptly notify Apex Blue of suspected unauthorized use. Refunds, reversals, disputes, or fraudulent payment activity may pause the analysis and workspace access while the transaction is reviewed. Disconnect and deletion controls remain available subject to identity verification.

Privacy, retention, and deletion

The Meeting Analysis Privacy Notice explains transcript processing, AI processing, security, retention, disconnection, and deletion. Deleting a workspace removes the meeting-analysis records described there, but does not require Apex Blue or Stripe to erase transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal-compliance records that must be retained separately.
